JAIA a French veteran of the electronic music scene, with a first track released in 1995 during the Goa trance movement, Jaïa current music travels from progressive trance/house to more laid-back ambient/chillout and midtempo/retro wave beats and cinematic ambiances, through melodic techno with nu-disco accents, orchestral arrangements and influences from Goa origins.
The result is a hybrid, emotional music that often rebels against classification. Since 1997 JAIA has been performing as a live act all over the world in Europe, Israel, India, Japan, USA, Canada, Russia, Mexico and Brazil, appearing at renowned festivals, clubs and art galleries including Ozora Festival, Boom Festival, Universo Paralello, The Block, ADS Club, Cube 326, Voov Experience, Shankra Festival, Glaz Gallery and many more.
Thanks to the iconoclastic nature of his productions, which cover a broad musical spectrum, he plays on all kinds of stages and festivals, transcending all genres.
He released 3 albums, as well as numerous EPs and remixes on a wide range of labels such as Iboga Records, Perfecto Records, Ultimae Records, Tribal Vision Records, JOOF Recordings, Dragonfly Records, Serial Records, Digital Structures and Liquid Sound Design, and signed publishing deals with Sony ATV and Alter K / Creaminal.
He has also worked for a number of prestigious artists, including official remixes for the French pop star Mylène Farmer and Giorgio Moroder, and participated in the composition of original film soundtracks such as Apartment 407 and Hex, as well as music for TV advertising campaigns in the USA, notably for AT&T. Collaborative and side projects include Even11 with Silicon Sound.
